1. Online Orders Shipped to You (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Other Carriers)

All shipped orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are shipped to your address. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.


2. Online Orders with In-Store Pickup

If you place an order online and choose in-store pickup, you may return eligible items in-store only within 14 days of the pickup date.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • 5% restocking fee may apply to returned items.


3. In-Store Purchases

Items purchased directly in our store may be returned in-store only within 14 days of purchase.

  • Receipt is required for all returns.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • 5% restocking fee may apply to returned items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Consumable goods (e.g., food, fuels)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or "CLOSEOUT" at the time of purchase
