About a tablespoon a pound
Start with about 1 tablespoon of blend per pound of meat, then adjust to taste.
-
02
Either salt works
Salt Road and Pink Horizon swap one for one in every blend. Their grains are different sizes, so measure by weight if you want the same result every time.
-
03
A part is any measure
Use the same spoon or cup for every Essential in a blend and the ratio holds. The "How much?" step scales every recipe for you.
